1. Agreement and operator
These terms apply when you create an account or use TechAfrica Business, operated by Techafrica Enterprise. The service is intended for use in Nigeria. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and billing information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
- Business administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate staff roles, permissions, and access, and for removing access when it is no longer needed.
- You are responsible for the records and content your business enters and for ensuring you have the right to use that information in the service.
- Use the service lawfully. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another business's account or information.
Business accounts are separated in the application and access is controlled by user permissions and subscription status. Authorized platform developers may view and modify business records across accounts, manage platform data, and run database queries or schema changes for support and administration. Administrative database actions are audited. Treat information entered into your business account as accessible to authorized platform developers when reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, or maintain the service.
3. Plans and bank-transfer payments
New business accounts have restricted access until a subscription payment is confirmed. Current plans, prices, currency, and payment instructions are shown in the app. The operator may update plan prices and available terms; the price displayed when you submit payment proof is the amount submitted for review.
- Choose a plan and transfer the exact amount to the bank account displayed in your account.
- Upload a clear payment receipt or proof in JPEG, PNG, WebP, or PDF format (up to 5 MB).
- A platform developer reviews the proof against the receiving bank's transaction records. A submitted receipt alone does not confirm that funds arrived.
- Access is activated only after the developer approves the payment. If the proof cannot be verified, the developer may reject it and provide a reason; you can contact support if you need help.
Subscriptions are prepaid. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans require manual renewal. One-time access is lifetime access as described by the plan. Plans do not automatically renew. Paystack is not currently offered as a customer payment option.
There is no automatic refund workflow in the app. Contact techafricaenterprise@gmail.com or message the developer on WhatsApp at +234 816 208 6098 to discuss cancellation or a refund request. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Nigerian law.
4. Your business information
You remain responsible for information entered into the service, including customer, supplier, employee, product, sales, and payment-related records. The Privacy notice describes information handled by the service, support access, storage, and retention.
5. Offline use, backups, and availability
Some changes may be stored on your device while offline. They are not on the server until synchronization succeeds and may be lost if browser storage is cleared or evicted, or if the device is lost or reset. Reconnect periodically to synchronize pending changes and keep your own business backups. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted access or retention of local browser data.
6. Access and suspension
Access may be restricted when a subscription is inactive or when an authorized platform operator suspends a business. Suspension blocks sign-in but does not itself delete business records. Contact support if you believe access was restricted in error.
7. Applicable law and contact
These terms are intended for the service's operation in Nigeria and are subject to applicable Nigerian law, including mandatory consumer protections. For support or questions about these terms, contact techafricaenterprise@gmail.com or WhatsApp the developer at +234 816 208 6098.
